Immaculately clean and fantastic place with very helpful and extremely friendly staff. Comfy beds, an iron/ironing board, coffee/tea making equipment, and a work desk in the room. Amazingly good full English breakfast with yogurt available also and a lovely couple to boot, for example and quiet atmosphere.

I had a twin room included with lovely toiletries and the full red cushions as shown on the bed plus chocolate. The breakfast was fresh and superb and offered plenty of nice food. The setting was absolutely perfect, close enough to the seafront and good restaurants.

Overall such great stay for two nights. Comfortable base for discovering Torquay. Spacious and functional room with a nice bathroom and an ironing set, a coffee/tea maker, and a work desk.
